We calculate our shipping based on the weight of the item and try to be as reasonable as possible with our costs. For larger items like furniture, we use a courier and the cost will be calculated after purchase. Please reach out if you would like a quote before purchase. We offer free collection from Frome and can deliver to Frome and surrounding areas for a small fee. Please do reach out if you would like to discuss options.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us via email within 48 hrs of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of the order being made and in its original condition. If the item is delivered in a damaged state, we can arrange a full refund. Please note, we cannot refund the shipping costs or cover the cost of the return shipping.
